At the Hotel
Mr and Mrs Berthier are spending their holidays at a hotel. At the reception, they are greeted by the receptionist.
Receptionist: Hello. Welcome to the Clairefontaine hotel!
Mr Berthier: Hello. I’ve reserved a room.
Receptionist: Under which name?
Mr Berthier: Berthier.
Receptionist: One moment, please. Ah, Mr Berthier. You’ve reserved a single room.
Mr Berthier: No, a double room.
Receptionist: Oh yes, excuse me, a double room. Would you fill out this registration form with your surname, name, address and signature, please?
Mr Berthier: … here you go.
Receptionist: Thank you! Here is the key to your room. You’re in room 412. It’s on the fourth floor. The lift is just over there, next to the reception. You can enter your room in around twenty minutes, the housekeeper is still getting it ready.
Mr Berthier: Ok. We can get a coffee while we wait. Is there a cafe near here?
Receptionist: Yes, there’s a really nice one just around the corner.
Mr Berthier: Can we leave our suitcases?
Receptionist: Of course!
Mr Berthier: Thank you, see you in a bit!
